What I was doing when the application crashed:
network sounds are played sometimes when he wants to stop working and not encoentro how to solve the problem so that there is always sound

The adept crash is caused by an invalid entry in your sources.list file. (bug 175540.)
The reporter seems to be talking about a different issue.
Adept is discontinued. KPackageKit should be used.
