Description Tom Worley 2009-12-01 19:54:04 UTC
Dragging a track from the right hand side, either with or without a filter applied always adds the wrong track. Repeating it always adds the same wrong track, however, changing the filter and trying again changes what track is added (again the wrong one, and the same one until the filter is changed again).
This appears to suggest a bug in the interface somewhere, it's like there's an offset.
If it makes any difference, the songs are located on a mounted NFS share, and the playlist had lost the track details (album/artists), however "fully rescan collection" fixed that.
Let me know if I can provide any more information.

I think the mimedata dragged fro The Playlist is wrong. Subscribing people that might know.

Thanks Bart,
Just to let you know this is fully repeatable every time and happens even after reboot, and makes making saved playlists impossible =(
Let me know if I can do anything else.

I cannot reproduce this. Dragging to a saved playlist always works fine here.

Could you please pose some screenshots of this happening, as well as the xml of any custom playlist layout that you are using (found in ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/playlist_layouts( )

Closing for lack of feedback. Feel free to reopen this report if you can reproduce it with Amarok 2.2.2, to be released on Monday.
