Plasma and Kwin should use the same keys for navigating in the programs.

When using the present windows effect, it should be possible to [tab] through the possible selections as this is the way you navigate in KRunner.
e.g. after using the filter in the present windows effect I might have to windows left, I should be able to tab through them with [tab]-key
