Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

I have contacts in Kaddressbook linked with some Kopete contacts. If you do this you get an option "chat with" in Kaddressbook. Klicking it does nothing.

I tried it having kopete running and not running.
It also didn't work on KDE4.3.2 official ubuntu-packages.

I've tested it under Gnome 2.28 and under KDE 4.3.2/3

Thank you for your efforts you put into this bug. kab3 has long been deprecated, and so I close its old reports. If this bug/wish is still valid for kab3's successor kaddressbook in any recent version (5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08.0 or later), please file a new bug against kaddressbook.
