Changing the setting for icon size of navigation bar does not change the size of the icons displayed even after a restart of kmymoney.

We are using KPageWidget, which is the natural way to port the KJanusWidget, but it doesn't have the option to change the icon size.

This option has been removed and replaced by the option the change the layout of the navigation.
