Description Janet 2009-11-28 16:34:48 UTC
Version: 2.2.1 (using 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2), Debian packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.31-6.slh.2-sidux-686

The save button shouldn't default to saving to database, instead it should use the last used action from its menu (or its default action should be configurable). And the last used action, i.e. the mode of the button, should be shown in the icon so that the user sees at one glance what the button will do. By now the menu item to save to database is obsolete because just clicking the button always does the same.

I guess this would be useful if you use a specific save function all the time.
