Version: 1.12.2 (using KDE 4.3.2) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages Hello, if I want to send an email, I type in the first few characters of the person I want to send the mail in the address field. Then a pulldown appears, where the correct address is preselected. I hit <ENTER>, the email address is filled in correctly and the cursor jumps into the next field. Whoop? Why does the cursor not stay in the first field and wait for more input? If I write an email to more than seven recipients, the recipient list gets very confusing :-( If I want separate the addresses by comma, I have to select them with the mouse - not very comfortable! So, I wish I could do a preference, that the cursor stays in the first row when I hit <ENTER>
I can "confirm" this bug, and I also really would like to see a fix for that. It is really annoying when you have to select your contact using your mouse instead of just press "ENTER". If you don't want to completely change this behaviour, at least I think it's fair if Kmail would let the user to change the action associated to the "ENTER" key. Any news on that one?

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
Hello, I'm quite sorry for hitting the wrong version. This feature request is valid for kmail2 (only).
(In reply to comment #5) > I'm quite sorry for hitting the wrong version. This feature request is valid > for kmail2 (only). Thanks; but nothing wrong: when you filed this bug, kmail 2 did not exist yet.
