Application that crashed: plasma-desktop

What I was doing when the application crashed:
I clicked on the desktop using both left and right click and a menu opened up offering Notes and Web Browser as options. On clicking Notes, it opened up, but on clicking Web Browser, it crashed. I do not know what the content was, but on doing the same thing later with a selection from the bug report, the menu worked perfectly.
