Normally, my forward options are:
As Attachment
Inline
Redirect
With Custom Template >

In Kontact, and only in the menu,  the only options is 'With Custom Template'.

Both the context (rmb) menu, and the toolbar button contain all options.

The KMail menu does contain all options, this bug only applies to Kontact.
