Version:           1.12.1 (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1), Gentoo)
Compiler:          i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.31-gentoo-r6

1. Open any sent message with attachment, using Sent Again command.
2. Right click on attachment.
3. Choose "Save".

BUG: The attachment name is empty.

EXPECTED: Use original attachment name.

in 4.9 it works fine.
I close it.
Reopen if necessary
