with digikam 0.9.6

i have movie preview when i scan my album

with digikam 1.0.0b5

i have no preview

same pb with gstreamer or xine phonon backend

no more pb with 1.0.0b6

Not reproducible since digiKam use Qtav and ffmpeg to handle video files.
