Application that crashed: konsole

What I was doing when the application crashed:
A logout failed to complete (I believe due to X server issues) and I had to force a powerdown (by press-and-hold of the power button).  subsequent bootup was fine.  Upon login the session was "almost" restored: konsole was rendered as a disfunctional grey window with a menu; okular lost track of the open documents.  When closing konsole from its file menu I had this crash.  Is seems to be a duplicate and there are a number of reports that sound similar.  This trace may be a little more up-to-date.
