The crash is related to Phonon and Xine (multimedia libraries) while trying to preview the MP3 file (even hovering the file will activate this if you have the Information panel enabled in Dolphin).

- Does any other KDE multimedia application crash in your system ? You could test with Juk or Dragon, or even Amarok, trying to play the same MP3 files that are related to this crash.

Thanks
Comment 2 Eurias 2009-11-22 01:27:49 UTC
Yes, the problem also occurs with Amarok and Kaffeine. Strangely, only at my
main User account. In other user accounts the problem does not occur.
Thanks.

Try installing the "phonon-dbg" package and pasting a new backtrace (from the "Developer Information" tab in the crash handler dialog) here. Thanks
