When trying to open a torrent file, I get a popup saying

An error occurred while loading the torrent /C:/incoming/blabla.torrent:
Unable to open torrent file /C:/incoming/blabla.torrent : The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
The torrent is probably corrupt or is not a valid torrent file.
