Version:           0.10.0 (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1) "release 6", openSUSE 11.2)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31.5-0.1-desktop

I have a backup dvd with my image folder and digikam4.db and thumbn.. and .kde/share/config/digikam..

But with fresh 11.2 opensuse installation and copy back the files I can't view my album.
E.g. in timeline I can see entries.

Do you want to see the images on the DVD - is the DVD added as a collection - or did you backup your images to DVD, formatted the harddisk, and copied back the images?
In the latter case, use 1.0-rc1 which will detect the new partition id.

New digiKam 4.11.0 is available.

This file has been closed due to long inactivity. Try 5.0.0 version.

Please reopen the file if you still face the issue and provide necessary updates, if any.
