well it was already fixed from something like a month, unfortunately I fixed it a few days after 4.3.2 was tagged there is also a simple way to fix this as user if you already have a theme installed(you should have the "kde4" one) open kdeglobals it should be in ~/.kde/share/config you can check the exact directory with "kde4-config --path config" and add this [Emoticons] emoticonsTheme=kde4
