Description Clemens Eisserer 2009-11-11 16:05:42 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: RedHat RPMs

When chatting over ICQ or MSN, kopete only stores the content of one chat participant in its log.

It seems to be random whos input is logged.
If I chat with the same person multiple times, one time the text I write is written to log and at the next chat session the text of the other participant is written - bot nether both.

If you need further information, please don't hestitate to contact me.

Additional Information:

The problem is not kopete only logs one chat participant, but it doesn't respect the order in which the entries have been written in the History Window, instead it uses the timestamp to sort the messages.
However if one chat participant has a wrong clock, all messages of this one will be on top, and all messages of the other participant are on bottom.

it's the same bug as 213120.

Another bug should be filled for the timestamp issue.
