Description Bart Hanssens 2009-11-10 20:16:10 UTC
Version: 2.0.91 (using KDE 4.3.3)
Compiler: vc90
OS: MS Windows
Installed from: MS Windows

On Windows7, using latest kdewin installer, "package manager", "latest stable"

Applications like KNotes, KOrganizer etc seem to work fine, but starting KWord fails with error dialog
"Entry point not found: the procedure entry point ?detach3@QListData@@QAEPAUData@1@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library QtCore4.dll"

(Qt version 4.5.2-1)
Comment 1 Bart Hanssens 2009-11-13 23:40:13 UTC
KDE, KOffice and Qt-4.5.2-1 were all installed from the latest _stable_ build.
Upgrading to Qt-4.6 from the _nightly_ build fixes the issue, KWord starts now
Comment 2 Bart Hanssens 2009-12-10 19:32:54 UTC
Upgraded on Win 7 (build 7100) with kdewin-installer to stable latest (KDE 4.3.4) + KOffice 2.1.0 (part of kdeunstable) with Qt 4.6-1

Now I get a similar issue when starting KWord (
?node_create@QMapData@@QAEPAUNode@1@QAPAU21@HH@Z in QtCore4.dll)

Is this still valid with KDE 4.10? I think the windows version should be available any day now.
