What I was doing when the application crashed:
Hi,

I read email which contained some images and kmail was still loading them and when I clicked on close button it crashed. I'm using imap.

- If you can reproduce the crash at will (or you experience this regularly), can you install the "kdepim-dbg" package and post a complete backtrace here? Thanks

Yes, it always occurs when I click on the same message which contains some jpg images and then I close kmail (it must be still loading the message! If kmail already loaded it, it doesn't crash). I installed kdepim-dbg and here's a backtrace:

I discovered it crashes when there's just an attachment (no matter if images etc.).
