I recently imported some photos using kphotoalbum 4.1 (from the arch packages) and they are all diagonal.  This happens regardless of JPEG rotation.

The photos appear correctly in dolphin.

I've atteched both the source file and a screenshot of what I see.

Hmm I heard someone else report that, but shortly after he couldn't anymore...
Must be an uninitialized variable or something.

Could you try running this command for me:

valgrind kphotoalbum

and in kphotoalbum import some images, and verify they are wrongly rotated, and then mail me the output

Valgrind for success

Loads were non-diagonal, but I still traced it anyway.
If the issue comes up again, I'll run another trace!

Resolved in KPA 4.1.1
