Description Sascha Kremers 2009-11-03 12:19:44 UTC
Version: 1.9.10 (using 3.5.10-1.el5 Fedora, CentOS release 5.2 (Final))
Compiler: Target: x86_64-redhat-linux
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.18-164.2.1.el5

Shortest way to crash:
Edit - Find Messages ...
Set "Search only in" to an IMAP folder (include sub folders stays checked).
change the "Search folder name", so [Open Search Folder] gets active.
Klick [Open Search Folder].
Crash.

gdb tells me, the program exited normally. I have no Debug-Version of kontact, though.

If you klick [Search] before klicking [Open Search Folder], everything is fine.

Both your KMail and KDE versions are unmaintained.
Please either test with KDE > 4.3.2 or report this issue to you distribution.
