Comment 1 Mark Kretschmann 2009-11-03 08:07:16 UTC
This crash appears to be inside of Phonon or xine. Reassigning.
Comment 2 Dario Andres 2009-11-04 02:38:49 UTC
- Does Amarok always crash on startup ?
- Does this happen with any other KDE multimedia application (like Dragon Player (video player) ?
Thanks
Comment 3 Dario Andres 2009-11-04 02:39:19 UTC
BTW, the backtrace seems to be related to bug 197202.
Comment 4 the_don125 2009-11-08 01:48:23 UTC
This does not always happen, in fact, in the 20 or so times I've booted up my laptop with Amarok set to auto-start, this remains the only instance of this issue.

I have not yet tested this with other KDE multimedia apps
Comment 5 Dario Andres 2010-01-04 13:16:00 UTC
- If you can reproduce the crash at will (or you experience this regularly), can you install the "xine-lib-debuginfo" package and generate a complete backtrace (you can get more information at http://techbase.kde.org/User:DarioAndres/Basic_Guide_about_Crash_Reporting and https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Debuginfo) to post in a new report at http://bugs.xine-project.org/ ?
Thanks
