Version: (using KDE 4.3.2) Installed from: I Don't Know I have seen this feature on MacOS X yesterday for the first time and i love it. I find it even nicer than having different icons for different folders, which can look kinda crowded sometimes. Anyway what is this? Colored labels allow the user to define a "label" of a set of colors that are associated with some topic. Dolphin already implements many of finders features (sidebar, columns) - the labels would be really nice to have too. Here is what it looks like in action: http://www.ucs.ed.ac.uk/usd/cts/ol/os/mac_osx/Panther/finder/labels.html This feature request was originally submitted through KDE Brainstorm, and has been submitted to Bugzilla due to popular demand. macOS color labels have since been merged with tags; tags have a color, and tagging a file with "Important" "Hot" "Work" Personal" or whatever will result in the icon being colored. It works really well. I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of the equivalent Dolphin feature request: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37300 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 37300 ***
