Version:            (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Currently, you can press "Install New Theme" and it offers to allow you to drag onto the small window or open a dialog. "Install New Theme" should open the dialog immediately, while the cursor selection dialog should accept drops right in the main window. This removes an extra step in both options.
