What I was doing when the application crashed:
When importing without any problem from my SD-card (through a reader), now importing causes a crash (while previewing works fine). I think it's the first time I import when using beta5.

I believe it's very likely this is similar to the bug I've indicated and which looks to be fixed in the beta6 to be released ; if it's the case, I'll genlty wait for its availability in the Debian repository.
