- Does Plasma crash every time you add that widget ? Thanks
When I add that widget, sometimes Plasma crashes immediately, sometimes it crashes a few second later. If I add that widget right after I log in, Plasma won't crash. But if I add that widget after play around with other widgets, Plasma crashes. I hope you will find the answer and make Kubuntu better. ________________________________ From: Dario Andres <andresbajotierra@gmail.com> To: bluelight37435@yahoo.com Sent: Sat, October 31, 2009 7:46:34 PM Subject: [Bug 212480] Plasma crashed when I add "input method panel" https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212480 Dario Andres <andresbajotierra@gmail.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |andresbajotierra@gmail.com --- Comment #1 from Dario Andres <andresbajotierra gmail com> 2009-10-31 13:46:31 --- - Does Plasma crash every time you add that widget ? - Was that "input method widget" installed by default or did you installed it manually?
All the widgets in my Kubuntu are installed by default. ________________________________ From: Dario Andres <andresbajotierra@gmail.com> To: bluelight37435@yahoo.com Sent: Sat, October 31, 2009 10:35:05 PM Subject: [Bug 212480] Plasma crashed when I add "input method panel" https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212480 --- Comment #3 from Dario Andres <andresbajotierra gmail com> 2009-10-31 16:35:02 --- - Was that "input method widget" installed by default or did you installed it manually?
what is the name of this widget ?
It's "Input method panel". Plasma seem unstable, I even got a crash when I click on Trash (just one time). ________________________________ From: Nicolas Lécureuil <neoclust@mandriva.org> To: bluelight37435@yahoo.com Sent: Mon, November 2, 2009 4:44:14 AM Subject: [Bug 212480] Plasma crashed when I add "input method panel" https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212480 Nicolas Lécureuil <neoclust@mandriva.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |neoclust@mandriva.org --- Comment #5 from Nicolas Lécureuil <neoclust mandriva org> 2009-11-01 22:44:11 --- what is the name of this widget ?
