eg Present Windows with 'Show Panels' enabled.  Since the panel is apparently untransformed from the normal mode, in Present Windows we expect to be able to use panels normally - eg choose a window using the taskbar.  Instead a click just selects the nearest window.

The adding of the setting to present windows would ideally be reverted instead of trying to allow the panel to be clicked.
