Installed from:    Unlisted Binary Package

For example, when I want to get new wallpaper, there is only 50 wallpapers listed whereas in kdelook.org there are hundreds of wallpapers. The same for plasma theme - only 50 themes listed. Propably all knewstuff has this limitation.
