Version: (using KDE 4.3.2) Installed from: openSUSE RPMs In some occasions, the Palapeli installation is somehow misconfigured and slicer plugins cannot be found by Palapeli. The particular problems are: 1. Palapeli does not trigger a kbuildsycoca4 run if it fails to locate any slicer plugins. 2. Palapeli does not correctly inform the user that slicer plugins are missing. Instead, the "create new puzzle" dialog is displayed, with the "Create puzzle" button always disabled.
Forgot to add that: [This bug report has been imported manually from a todolist in SVN.]
This bug will most likely not occur if your Palapeli comes from distribution packages, or if you have set up your development environment correctly. If you're expierencing this problem, please CC yourself and describe your issues in detail.
