Version:           rev.: 1039758 (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

Steps:
- F4 on some raw
- select 16  bit checkbox
- click update
- change the curve 
- unselect 16 bit checkbox
- click update
- have a look on the picture and the curve ;)

The picture will be very bright. If you do the same, but starting in 8 bit, the picture will be ok.

Ok, I can confirm this. I will have a look at this as I recently changed a lot of curve handling code.

Whoops, got the wrong bug number in the commit message. Somehow fixed with commit 1040184.
