Description Wes 2009-10-22 18:39:50 UTC
Version: 1.2 (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I would like an option to delay joining the configured auto-join channels until after the auto-identify process has completed.

Most of my time on IRC is spent on Freenode, so I don't know how relevant this is on other networks, but some Freenode channels do not allow "unregistered" users to join and either kick you out or redirect you to another holding area. Since the auto-join occurs before the auto-identify, I am routinely redirected and have to manually connect to the channel I want, in this case #centos. This defeats the purpose of auto-join.
