Description Andrew Udvare 2009-10-21 04:56:24 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
Compiler: GCC 4.3.2
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

If I delete or rename a directory in the file view, the tree view still has the old directory name. If I click that item, it says the directory does not exist (expected behaviour). The tree view should stay in sync as much as the file view does.

Just for comparison, Dolphin does stay in sync with directory renames and deletions.

This is happening for me too. I wish it had in the tree right click all the options of kde3 , missing: delete, rename etc.
lots more that doesn't work as good as konq3 in file manager mode. Plus why did some one think it was right to add the line to the home.desktop file to not have it show in the classic menu(kickoff), not the moden turlte one but the classic .

Thanks for the report, I can confirm this in 4.3.2 and trunk.
