Version: (using KDE 4.3.2) OS: Linux Installed from: SuSE RPMs Clicking a href link leads always to the top of the referenced html page instead to the target, if the target anchor lies inside an element (e.g. div) with the css position attribute set to "fixed" or "absolute". "relative" and "static" (the default) behave correctly. Other browsers e.g. firefox, opera... do not show this behaviour. This problem does not depend on the KDE-Version, KDE3 is affected as well as KDE4. I'll attach 2 test files to reproduce the bug.

It seems to work correctly now. However, I have no longer KDE4 or 5 working.
Konqueror version was 5.0.97
