PCLinuxOS got a lot of random and weird crashes with the latest KDE and Qt4.5.3. - Are all your KDE and Qt packages updated ? Thanks
Yes they are, I check for updates every day. The random/weird crashes could be attributed to the fact that the KDE4 version of PCLinuxOS is to be regarded as a BETA.
Ok, reopening
This doesn't seem to be a KIPI, but a KDElibs problem (or, like Dario said, a packaging issue).
Kipi-plugins 1.0.0 is out since few days... http://www.digikam.org/drupal/node/492 Please try with this version. Thanks in advance Gilles Caulier
digiKam and Kipi-plugins 1.2.0 are out. Please check if crash is still valid there. Thanks in advance Gilles Caulier
I'm pleased to report that this is now SOLVED.
