Description Dj YB 2009-10-16 12:32:12 UTC
Version: 1.3 (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1), 4.3.1-3.fc11 Fedora)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.29.6-217.2.8.fc11.i686.PAE

add current folder "." to the move/copy to context menu.
very useful.
for example downloaded files that you like to move to the right sub sub sub folder under this one.
just a thought.
thanks, YB.

I suggest also to add "PLACES" in the context menu of "copy to"/"move to" functionality.

I often sort my downloads and this functionality will save my time.

places are already there if you click `browse', what is really missing in `copy/move to' menu is passive panel path (if it is open).

But it decreases usability of the feature. I have to open additional dialog, but feature copy to/move to considered to reduce number of opened dialogs.

Resetting assignee to default as per bug #305719

An interesting idea, but I think this would confuse a lot of our users, and it's a fairly advanced concept. The simplest approach is just to cut/copy the file, hit Ctrl+up arrow until you reach the folder where you want the file to live, and paste it there. If you want to copy a file from your Downloads folder to your Home folder, there's an entry for it in the places panel and you can just drag it there.
