Version:           2.2.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-7-generic

if i'm use tracking Clipboard and copy simple text(not link) i get message box "This is not valid link". I think, kGet need correct parsing clipboard.

This is not so clear to me. Could you provide a detailed testcase with the exact text you copied into the clipboard? Thanks in advance :)

This bug is fixed for 4.3 and 4.4. As there won't be further releases of 4.2 I close this report.
