Per Gentoo Bug: 289216, the ebuild for kopete-facebook is broken. They have closed the bug on their end advising that it is invalid. The maintainers website suggests to file bugs here. All of the troubleshooting information needed can be found on that bug report; however if more is needed, I'm happy to oblige.

We have nothing to do with anything related to gentoo ebuilds or overlays. We support the source code only, not distribution specific hooks used to build it for their packaging systems.
