Hello, I have certainly bad wired my installation, but, when I do the test I my usb sound card the system setting I have I dmesg:
cannot submit datapipe for urb 0, error -28: not enough bandwidth
With the hardware:
input: C-Media USB Headphone Set   as /class/input/input30
generic-usb 0003:0D8C:000C.001D: input: USB HID v1.00 Device [C-Media USB Headphone Set  ] on usb-0000:00:13.5-4.4.1.2/input3
But no reaction or information from KDE!
Please add notification for this kind of bug.

Heh that's not referring to network bandwidth, but rather audio bandwidth. Your idea to have notifications about low network bandwidth remaining is a good one, but unfortunately there is no way to know that information. Only your ISP can tell you how much bandwidth you have available, and there isn't any kind of standardized API for fetching that information that plasma-nm or networkmanager could use to retrieve it.
