Description Johannes Wienke 2009-10-15 13:05:59 UTC
Version: rev.: 1035180M (using KDE 4.3.2)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

After importing a raw image in the image editor the handling of save / save as actions is inconsistent. Directly after import a simple "save" is greyed out but save as is working. After doing any editing with the image also the simple "save" action is enabled, even though it acts like "save as" because raw files cannot be written.

I would propose to directly allow "save" after import just to be able to use ctrl + s after the import.

Andi, are you sure that these two bugs are related?

Well somehow... saving of RAW files seems to be broken.
If we want to be picky, this report here is somewhat a wish rather then a bug.

Not reproducible with digiKam 7.0.0-beta1.
