Version:           0.84 (using KDE 4.2.4)
Compiler:          gcc version 4.3.3 (Ubuntu 4.3.3-5ubuntu4)

Installed from:    Debian stable Packages

The application does not crash, but it is still a bug.
The Hebrew original file was generated under a vista machine.
The file was copied to my ubuntu machine where i tried to convert the xps file to pdf.
The Hebrew characters appeared all in the wrong direction from left to right, instead of right to left as being used with any semitic language.

Reproducing:
1. In order to reproduce only generate an xps file containing Hebrew text
2.Convert it to Pdf using okular. 
3.The hebrew in the pdf will appear reversed.

Update to Okular 0.9 (KDE 4.3).
