Honestly? Let's just get rid of that page completely. Unless we can somehow extract it automatically it will always be out of date.

Please do not delete it without announcing it.
Many people, specially from asia and middle east, are proud to be listed here.
It is a nice list and impressive list and quickly shows how many people are contributing to KDE.

So as I see from the comments above, we should just keep this page and anyone who wants to get added can just contact one of the sysadmins and get their name in the list :). Thus marking this one fixed.
