Description Lars Vogel 2009-10-11 22:31:55 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: MS Windows
Installed from: MS Windows

If I try to start KNode under Windows I receive:

"The instruction at "0x7c910f1e" referenced memory at "0x036d6d6d".
The memory could not be "read".

Hello,

The KDE SC 4.3.4 have been released under MS Windows.
Could you try with this newer version and tell us if you still have this problem ?
Comment 2 Lars Vogel 2009-12-22 18:23:51 UTC
The error is now different.

If I start KNode I receive kdeinit4.exe

"The instruction at "0x7c9131a6" referenced memory at "0x00000001".
The memory could not be "read".

Afterwards KNode starts and seems usable.

Ok, thanks for the feedback.

I'll leave your report open for now so that the windows can have a look.
I also have problems with kdeinit4.exe when running KDE application under MS Windows, but this is unrelated to KNode.

Hum, actually bug#218922 and bug#219066 are already about the kdeinit4.exe crash, so I'll better close this report...
