Application that crashed: plasma
Version of the application: 0.3
KDE Version: 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2)
Qt Version: 4.5.2
Operating System: Linux 2.6.28-15-generic x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu 9.04

What I was doing when the application crashed:
and then reboot, just after start of X - some error message dialog (I miss it)
windows are work, but there is no plasma (panels and widgets and desktop)

You need to remove the NetworkManager widget (which is unstable) and use the standalone application "KNetworkManager4". Remove the package named "plasma-widget-network-manager".
