I'd very much appreciate to be able to configure the shown content in the mail viewer's header independently from the used header template. So I could turn on/off if also Reply To, CC, BCC or the sender's email address etc. is shown in the header, regardless if it's the enterprise or the fancy or the simple header. I saw that in another email application, I think it was The Bat!, and think it is a very handy addition.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
