Description uetsah 2009-10-05 13:50:03 UTC
Version: 0.3 (using KDE 4.3.1)
Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package

Any plasma folder view that contains at least one item close to it's bottom edge, initially shows a (totally superfluous) scroll bar that allows the view to be scrolled down by a small amount. Scrolling the view down and then up again, however, removes the scroll bar and all is well (until the next time I log in to KDE).
The expected behaviour would be for plasma to never show those scroll bars in the first place.

[See http://imagebin.ca/view/zMaIL_20.html for screenshots of the different folder view states. In addition, http://imagebin.ca/view/3ThZLbtg.html shows the full KDE desktop right after login - note that the main desktop folder view, too, experiences the bug (it didn't, though, until I put that link to a spreadsheet file in the lower right corner a few days ago)]

(note: all screenshots have been scaled down to 50% width and height)
