Installed from:    MS Windows

I installed the latest KDE for windows. Kmail fails to start. It gives the message: libgpgme-11.dll was not found.

I downloaded the binary version of KDE 4.3.1 from http://winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe

I only installed kdepim from the selection.

Has been resolved with 4.3.2
