Version:           2.0 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-15-generic

If I wonna watch a movie of my mobil [3gp(video)] , there will be no voice !
I can see the movie but without any voice, so i please you to make that better or I don't know to say.

- Does any other video player plays the sound of that file properly ?
- Which is your Phonon backend? (check it in SystemSettings/Multimedia/Backends)
You may need to install some other packages in order to reproduce some formats. Thanks

HAve you installed extra multimedia codecs?

yes, i have installed them. dragon player cannot read .mkv  movies too !
