Description Ondrej Machulda 2009-10-02 11:29:19 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open existing file in some KDE app (e.g. kwrite)
2. File > Save As
3. File picker appears, note that "Name" is pre-filled (because we are saving already named file)
4. Get focus into file list, "name" field is removed
5. Use keyboard to browse through directory, if there are any ordinary files and you list over any of them, it's name gets into the "name" field
6. Continue using keyboard, the name of the last ordinary file remains in the "name" field, and you try to open sub-directory (using Enter)
7. Sub-directory is opened, but it just flashes, the file is instantly saved with the name that was in the name field, and file picker dialog is automatically saved.

Expected Behaviour
7. Sub-directory is opened, without saving the file!

This has been fixed somewhere around KDE 4.5.
