Version:           2.1.1 (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1), 4.3.1-3.fc11 Fedora)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.30.5-43.fc11.i586

On the Playlists section i've added a proportional bias with proportion:100%,match:rating and with:greather than 3.5 starts, check the 'on' flag and it did populate my playlist with that criteria but with duplicated files
