Version:           kmail-4.3.1-165.2 (using KDE 4.3.1)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

I have enable option to show attachment sign in front of message subject (if message contains attachment) - clip sign
This clip is not shown until I click on message subject in window where all message subjects are placed (INBOX). This is a bug I believe.

What mail account do you use (POP or IMAP) ?
